Randee Adams is a Consulting Member of Technical Staff in the Applications Group of Alcatel-Lucent. Currently, she is focusing on reliability for Alcatel-Lucent's software applications. Daniel Eustace is a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff in the IMS Solutions Organization of Alcatel-Lucent.
