Elizabeth specializes in alternative diets with an emphasis on vegan. She has tailored her programs to include the total package, with focuses on losing weight and keeping it off, and a combination of mental health and physical wellbeing.

Her bestselling book, Dr. Sebi Diet: Plant Based Meal Plan for Sustainable Weight Loss. Detox Your Body with Healthy Lifestyle Based Diets and Boost Your Energy Through the Day is available everywhere.
