Dieter Klein hat solche Fundstücke mit viel Liebe in Europa und Amerika fotografiert, ein Bild ist schöner und mystischer als das andere. Dass auf einem der 159 Bilder tatsächlich kein Auto zu sehen ist, war bestimmt Absicht. Manches Gefährt ist beinahe 100 Jahre alt, die Fotos von grün zugewachsenen Innenräumen stehen den Außenaufnahmen nicht nach.
