Autorenporträt
Barry Miles, geboren 1943 in Cirencester, England, ist einer der profiliertesten englischen Musikjournalisten. In den Sechzigern war er Mitbesitzer der Londoner Indica Gallery, wodurch er viele Stars der Londoner Szene kennen lernte. Er hat unter anderem die Biografien von Paul McCartney, The Beatles, William Burroughs, Jack Kerouac, Frank Zappa, Charles Bukowski und Allen Ginsberg geschrieben.
