Christopher Marlowe, also known as Kit Marlowe, was an English playwright, poet and translator of the Elizabethan era. Marlowe was the foremost Elizabethan tragedian of his day. Auguste Rodin was a French sculptor, generally considered the progenitor of modern sculpture.
