Perlentaucher-Notiz zur TAZ-Rezension

Ganz eindeutig fällt Brigitte Werneburgs Urteil über diesen von Thomas Girst und Magnus Resch herausgegebenen Band nicht aus. Einige der Geheimnisse über die Kunstwelt, die die Autoren den hundert befragten Künstlern, Kuratoren, Kritikern, Galeristen, Sammlern oder Kunsthistorikern zu entlocken versuchen, findet die Rezensentin nicht gerade bahnbrechend - etwa, wenn Investor Nicolas Bergruen äußert: "Erlebe und kaufe Kunst mit deinen Augen." Die aufwendige typografische Gestaltung des Buches hat Werneburg allerdings gut gefallen; und Tabuthemen, etwa die Ängste der Kunstschaffenden, werden auch angesprochen, informiert sie.
