Critically acclaimed chef Josh Emett has worked with Gordon Ramsay, including as head chef at London's Savoy Grill (one Michelin star) under Marcus Wareing, and opening Ramsay restaurants in New York (two Michelin stars), Los Angeles (one Michelin star) and Melbourne.
