Naftal Chweya Oganga, MSC; studied Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science Records and Archives management, Kenyatta University, Kenya. He is an experienced practitioner and lecturer having worked for more than twenty years for the Kenya National Archives and as a lecturer for more than 5 years in various public universities in Kenya.
