Die transnationale Unterstützung durch Migrantinnen ist in vielen Pflegehaushalten zum Alltag geworden. Von wesentlicher Bedeutung für die Ausgestaltung dieser transnationalen Betreuungsarrangements sind die ihnen zugrunde liegenden rechtlichen Rahmungen sowie der Umgang mit diesen Regulierungen in der Praxis.
