Inspired by his own family and from his time as a teacher, Paul Mason likes to write stories that grab young readers and gets them turning pages! He is lucky enough to have lived all over the world, and some of those places, and the people he's met along the way, pop up in his books from time to time.

Paul has over 100 published titles to date, across a range of genres. He is the author of the children's novels: The Twins, the Ghost and the Castle, Factor Four: the Awakening, and Factor Four: Tiger, Tiger.

A light and enjoyable read that's packed full of adventure, action and the appearance of some downright creepy demons, I can see this series being very much enjoyed in schools whist also adding a spot of variety to traditional guided reading and intervention sessions for developing readers.
