Autorenporträt
Thomas A. M. Windelschmidt, geboren in Berlin, aufgewachsen in Dortmund, studierte Physik und Wirtschaftswissenschaften. Bereits während seines Studiums gründete er seine ersten Unternehmen und agierte international als Unternehmer und Unternehmensberater. Nach seinen ersten Studienzeiten wurde er u.a. zum Präsidenten des Bundesverbandes der Mehrwertdienste-, Post und Telekommunikationsnutzer e.V., sowie später zum Präsidenten des Bundesverbandes für Bildung, Wissenschaft und Forschung e.V. berufen. Neben seinen unternehmerischen Tätigkeiten nutzte er Möglichkeiten für private Studien der Psychologie (inkl. positiver Psychologie), der Psychotherapie, der systemischen Familientherapie (inkl. Familienaufstellung), des NLP und der GNM, dazu absolvierte er u.a. eine Fortbildung zum Hypnosetherapeuten. Ein besonderes Hauptaugenmerk legte er auf sein Wirken als Reframingcoach (reframingcoaching.de), Omniatherapeut (omniatherapie.de) und Siegersystem-Trainer (siegersystem.de) und konzentriert sich heute auf seine Unterstützung als Submediator (submediation.de) und als Der Counselor (der-counselor.de), sowie die Weiterentwicklung der holistischen Omniavision (omniavision.de). Thomas A. M. Windelschmidt erstellte zwei Dissertationen und schrieb bisher 17 Bücher, die z.T. auch auf Englisch publiziert wurden. Der Autor ist mit seiner Frau Claudia seit 1993 glücklich liiert und seit 1997 in erster Ehe verheiratet. Sie sind Eltern eines Sohnes (* 1998) und einer Tochter (* 2000).
