Tara Lynn Deliberto, PhD, is an assistant professor at Weill Cornell Medicine, the medical school of Cornell University; and the director of New York-Presbyterian Hospital's Eating Disorders Partial Hospitalization Program, which she opened. She maintains leadership positions at the Academy for Eating Disorders and Eating Disorders: The Journal of Treatment and Prevention. Deliberto also has an eating disorders practice in New York, NY. Dina Hirsch, PhD, is senior psychologist at Northwell Health and associate professor of psychiatry at Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra University. She maintains a private practice in Long Island, NY, where she specializes in evidence-based treatment of eating disorders. commitment therapy (ACT), compassion-focused therapy (CFT), exposure therapy and appetite awareness training.
