The new educational programs of French in the secondary level in Algeria put the accent essentially on the act of writing and the act of reading. They contribute to install a set of techniques of written expression in order to provide the learner with the necessary skills allowing him to become autonomous and to establish exchanges with the Other in various situations of real communication. Thus, the technique of the report in class 3A.S, is a technique particularly highlighted in the programs because it enjoys an omnipresence in the BAC test since the 2008 session. This technique embodies the correlation between the activity of writing and reading in the FLE class and, on the other hand, often causes several handicaps in the learner linked to difficulties generated by one or the other. In the course of this work, we try to probe the attitudes of teachers to help the learner overcome the difficulties of this scriptural activity.
