Author born in Assam, India and completed Master¿s degree in Economics (1975) from Gauhati University. He served various institutions under the Govt of Arunachachal Pradesh (AP), India. He promoted as Principal in DIET and retired in 2011. He contributed in a numbers of state leading news newspapers, weeklies, research journals, periodicals etc.
