About the Author Frances Moran Acton married in 1942 in Washington D.C. and raised her family there. She and her husband, Reuben, moved to Florida in 1974 where they lived the rest of their lives. She passed in 2019 at the age of 100. The 100 year circle was completed by her daughter, Beverly Acton Belk, who married in 1967 and moved to Georgia.
