Il est également titulaire d'une maîtrise en gestion internationale de l'hôtellerie et du tourisme, d'une licence en hôtellerie et restauration de l'université de Sheffield Hallam et d'un master L.LM en droit des affaires. Ses intérêts académiques incluent l'hospitalité, le tourisme et les arts culinaires.
