Framework is built based on gaps and in consultation with experts of textile industry, academicians from textile institutes, consultants and practitioners. Hierarchical framework for decision making is developed using structured Delphi Method and implemented in 4 case textile industries. Book explains the implementation methodology and its rationale. Framework implemented is used to examine the crucial performance measures and their criticality level towards overall supply chain performance measurement of textile industry using analytical hierarchy process (AHP) as multi criteria decision making (MCDM) technique. Book also argues on theoretical and practical implication of the study. Also presents the managerial implication and future scope for interested academician and researchers.
