Ashley Evans is an LGBTQ2+ author and communications professional from Vancouver Island, British Columbia. She is the author and illustrator of Love is what you are made of and Summit 21. Evans holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Professional Communications from Royal Roads University, a Diploma in Journalism, Print Media from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, and is employed with the Government of Canada.
