The deep (theoretical and experimental) analysis of hydrogen Plasmas is executed in an application to solar flare activity of the Sun. It is proven magnetic nature of solar flare activity. Thus, the main task of the International Geophysical Year (IGY-1957) was authorized only by the end of the twentieth century. As a mechanism of energy transformation of magnetic field in plasma energy favours the Current Sheet (CS), which in this capacity theoretically introduced S. I. Syrovatskij. The first natural Current Sheet is discovered and examined in this work. It is shown that any flare event is the Current Sheet, its direct observable manifestation in the optical spectrum. The physical boundaries of different zones of atmospheres of Sun and stars are introduced. The origin of the "hot" Corona is found.
