N. Suganthi a terminé son programme de doctorat dans le domaine de la vulgarisation agricole à l'université agricole du Tamil Nadu, à Coimbatore. Elle a remporté plusieurs prix, à savoir le prix de la meilleure affiche et le prix de la meilleure thèse de doctorat. Elle travaille actuellement en tant que boursière post-doctorale dans le département AE & RS, TNAU, financé par l'UGC, New Delhi, Inde.
