Titanium Dioxide TiO2 appears to be one of the most important photocatalytic materials, this is because it has efficient photoactivity, and high stability, dielectric constant, refractive index, optical transparency over a wide spectral range, hardness and low cost. Produktbeschreibung
Titanium Dioxide TiO2 appears to be one of the most important photocatalytic materials, this is because it has efficient photoactivity, and high stability, dielectric constant, refractive index, optical transparency over a wide spectral range, hardness and low cost. The used technique to prepare the TiO2 thin films on glass substrate is the spray pyrolysis. It has the advantage of simplicity in installation, the potential low cost, the ease of making large area films and the ability to easily control the deposition parameters such as solution composition and its concentration, the substrate temperature and spray time. Generally, it can be concluded that the doping of TiO2 with Cu can improve the properties of TiO2 films as a photocatalytic material.
