Roger Lallemand (Quevaucamps, 17 January 1932) is a Walloon-Belgian lawyer and socialist politician.He graduated as a licentiate in Romance philology and obtained a doctorate in law at the Universite Libre de Bruxelles.In 1958, he stated his career as a lawyer at the bar in Brussels.
