Haileyesus Muluken is an Ethiopian young scholar who has got his BA in Political Science and International Relations from Addis Ababa University and his MA in Peace and Security Studies from Addis Ababa University and University for Peace Africa Joint Programme. Now he is a lecturer in Debre Markos University, Ethiopia.
