Quality teachers are one of the best determinants of student achievement. Factors like teacher development, teachers' ability, and teachers' experiences account for students achievement than most other factors. This study intends to show how Reflecting Teaching can be effective way of teacher development at tertiary level in Bangladesh. In this research monograph, the researchers made an attempt to evaluate the impact and application of Reflective Approach or practice in Teaching. They also tried to investigate the role of Reflective Teaching in developing the learners speaking and reading skills in the EFL classes at the tertiary level in Bangladesh. As Reflective Teaching has gradually claimed its positive position in the teaching and learning environment across the world, an examination of its role in the development of language learning and teaching strategies should be conducted in a view that how this practice of Reflective Teaching facilitates the learner's learning and what should be the role of the teachers in fostering it.
