Postcoloniality is defined as a critique of the realities of heterogeneous society in a formerly colonized country or region (Ivory Coast) or a formerly colonizing country (France). The choice of this subject is based on two observations: the first can be explained by the lack of genuine interest on the part of French and French-speaking universities with regard to the concept of postcoloniality. The second, on the other hand, brings to mind the virtual inexistence of correlation between comics, animated films and postcoloniality. The objective of this contribution is to agree with some authors of postcolonial philosophy (Bhabha, Glissant, Clavaron, Moura) that the concept of postcoloniality describes the emergence of new forms (cultural, artistic and literary) of multiculturalism. The Ivorian comic strip is no exception to these influences, which benefits from cinematographic adaptations in order to broaden its horizon of expectations (Robert Jauss).
