The ecological situation that revolves around the paper, in our present is very alarming, therefore it is complicated to address this problem as broad as it is present in most of the activities that are performed daily, so it is better to focus on a specific part as are the sheets of machine that we use on a daily basis, which generate a problem in terms of waste and waste, due to the large quantities that are consumed and the irresponsible way in which they are used.So an alternative for the reuse of these leaves is presented, turning them into a tool that may seem very simple at first sight but that is immersed in most of our activities especially in educational institutions which is the pencil; this is proposed to achieve through the presentation of a portable machine that performs the manufacture of these pencils based on the machine leaves that we discard, for which the implementation of the Kano methodology, the analysis of this and modeling of the machine using CAD software is presented.
