This book discusses a major framework of OCTAPACE as a good progressive way of building organizations. A detailed description of each dimension of OCTAPACE framework with special emphasis on one of the central university of India has also been provided. Due to a significant amount of new trends in higher education on the global level, the need to pay an appropriate and adequate emphasis on HRD has also emerged. Since only a few studies have been made in the areaof HRD in universities, this book is an effort to give a detailed description of existing status of organizational culture and the scope for future research perspectives in this area.
Autorenporträt
She has obtained her M.B.A degree in H.R from the Faculty of Management Studies and Research ,Aligarh Muslim University. The topic of her project during M.B.A was "The study of organizational culture using OCTAPACE framework ". Her main area of interest includes strategic human resource management, general management and organizational development.
