Molly Gimmel is the Co-founder and CEO of Design To Delivery Inc, a four-time Inc. 5000 award-winning government contracting firm. Shortly after starting D2DInc, Gimmel joined the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), where she served in a variety of leadership positions in both her local chapter and at the national level. She also serves on the advisory board for Enterprising Women magazine and as a delegate for the United States on the W20-the working group of the G20 that focuses on women's issues. In 2021, she founded the Vellamo Leadership Institute to help women be more effective leaders.
