Abebe Tigire Jalu is a lecturer at Dire Dawa University. He holds a Master¿s degree from Wollega University in Political Science and International Relations (International Relations), and B.A. from Wolaita Sodo University in History. His research interests are in the North African socio-economic and political conditions.
