Efforts have been made to highlight the Leadership Behaviour specially in sports, leadership theory, behavioural approach of a coach as a leader. Book also revealed various research conducted with reference to leader so future leader, administrator, coach etc may adopt best suitable approach for fruitful results. Comparison of Leadership behavior among sportsmen and non-sportsmen is compiled in this book. The data were collected from 100 male Inter-university sportsmen and 100 non-sportsmen was selected by using random technique. The subjects belonged to different categories of sports such as Football, Volleyball and Cricket. There were two basic style of functioning as reflected in the manual of the questionnaire.Autocratic LeadershipDemocratic Leadership The data was analysed by using t-test. It was concluded that there was no significance difference in the leadership behaviour among sportsmen and non-sportsmen. They prefer similar behaviour patterns.
