Tarik Karenga is the son of Dr. Maulana Karenga who is the creator of the African American holiday of Kwanzaa. Tarik Karenga is also a professional speaker, an inventor, and the author of the audio presentation "Libation for Our Ancestors: A Family and Communal Activity at Kwanzaa," along with his latest and first edition publications titled "Kemetan Calendar and Zodiac" and "The Pharaohs' 5 Laws of Success" with which he publicly reinstates the ancient Kemetan (i.e., ancient Egyptian) religion of Amenism within the context of which he serves as philosopher, priest, and first king of the 34th Dynasty in what present-day Amenists recognize as the Reemergent Kingdom of Kemet.
