This work looks into the practical problems occurred in the job shop environments due to improper scheduling on the shopfloor. This book presents the task of job shop scheduling that determines the sequence and timing of jobs on available resources by using Lekin Scheduling System and compares the results obtained from the Lekin scheduling system and providing a better solution to the company / industry.
