Dr. Samuel Howard Quartey is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management at Central Business School, Central University. Samuel holds a PhD in Management from the University of Adelaide, Australia. He obtained a first class Bachelor¿s Degree in Psychology and Master of Philosophy in Human Resource Management from the University of Ghana.
