FRANCIS ADAMS is currently Assistant Professor of Political Science at Old Dominion University.

SATYA DEV GUPTA is Professor and Chair of Department of Economics at St. Thomas University, Canada. He is the author of The World Zinc Industry. He has recently edited three books on the subject of globalization: Globalization, Growth and Sustainability; Dynamics of Globalization and Development; and The Political Economy of Globalization.

KIDANE MENGISTEAB is Head of African-American Studies, Pennsylvania State University, USA. He is the author of Ethiopia: Failure of Land Reform and Agricultural Crisis and Globalization and Autocentricity in Africa's Development in the 21st Century. He is the co-editor of Beyond Economic Liberalization in Africa.
