Dr Niringiye Aggrey is a lecturer of economics at Makerere University. He has taught both at undergraduate and graduate level. He has done research in the area of public sector, international trade, environmental, industrial, and development economics. He has worked in various capacities such as a consultant,resource person, adviser among others.
