Evelyn Goh is University Lecturer in International Relations and Fellow at St Anne's College, Oxford. Sheldon W. Simon is professor of political science and faculty associate of the Center for Asian Studies and Program in Southeast Asian Studies at Arizona State University. He is the author or editor of nine books, including Religion and Conflict in South and Southeast Asia: Disrupting Violence (Routledge 2006).
