Debbie Reed is President/CEO of Chaddock, a multi-service agency providing a full continuum of community-based, educational, and residential treatment services for children, birth to 21 and their families. While at Chaddock, Debbie has championed the development of several programs and services specifically designed to meet the needs of children and their families struggling with trauma and attachment disorders. Karen Doyle Buckwalter, LCSW, has over twenty-five years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families. She is Director of Program Strategy at Chaddock, where she has been instrumental in the development of an innovative residential program for adolescents, ages 8 to 16, with attachment disorders and complex trauma.
