Autorenporträt
The author has a PhD and is a former Head of the department of Government and Public Administration at Moi University. He is currently a Lecturer in political science at the same University. His other books include ¿Organizational Culture Management¿ and ¿The Crises of Governance: Politics and Ethnic Conflicts in Kenya which he co-authored
