Born in France, Jean-Mark Sens has lived in the American South for over twenty-five years. He currently lives in South Carolina near Clemson, where he is a librarian at Southern Wesleyan University. His work has appeared in many magazines in the US, Canada, and England, and he has published two previous collections: Appetite and Bric-a-brac-adabra.
