They have to face many problems in effective communication such as linguistic and socio-economic and the prescribed English Textbooks for different Universities. Hence, the technical communication of students at this level is a challenging task. The present work was undertaken against the above backdrop. The result is in the form of a book. This study provides a framework of Common Core English Syllabus for Engineering as a Model. This book is divided into 8 chapters followed by Bibliography.
