Currently, I am working as an Assistant Professor of Corporate Law at King Saud University,Riyadh,Saudi Arabia. I teach corporate law, commercial contracts, banking law and financial market regulations and provide supervision to students interesting in those subjects. I also provide consultation and training on corporate governance, corporate law.
