She helps others to address their nutritional needs, whether that's to lose weight, restore a healthy relationship with food, enhance their sport performance or to eat more broadly or ethically. Giovanna Torrico was born in Southern Italy, where she inherited a deep passion for food. She is a pastry chef and caterer based in London, UK. Her books include Cake Decorating Step by Step, Italian Bowls, The Zero Waste Cookbook and Clean Cakes.
