ARJAN GIJSENIJ, PhD, was a postdoctoral researcher in the Intelligent Systems Lab at the University of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, while writing this book. JOOST van de WEIJER, PhD, is a Ramon y Cajal Fellow at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, Spain.
