Charles Brigham works for the World Bank, the PNPM Mandiri Support Facility (PSF) in Indonesia. He has worked in the areas of Open Data, Governance and Geospatial Information, and Global Statistics for institutions such as the United Nations, NASA, World Bank, CARICOM, as well as a number of countries. Charles¿ expertise is in the areas of International Development, Census and Statistics, Geospatial Infrastructure, Innovative use of ICT tools and technologies, Imagery Analysis, and Humanitarian affairs. In the last year, Charles has focused on Social Accountability, Open Data and the Access to Information Policy in Indonesia and within the Bank, extending these to better communicate the achievement and impact of results, on the ground; empower local communities to participate in the planning process, sub-project implementation, operation and maintenance to help accelerate poverty reduction and enhance sustainability of community investment.
