Dr. Horace L. Patterson Sr. has received the World Leadership Award and the certificate of merit from the International Biographical Center in Cambridge, England. Patterson serves as a city councilman in Talladega, Alabama, where he has pastored Mount Canaan Baptist Church for more than twenty-five years.
