Michael Decter is a Harvard-trained economist with a long career as advisor to governments. In 1982, Michael was appointed Cabinet Secretary to the Government of Manitoba and has since served as Deputy Minister of Health for Ontario and Founding Chair of the Health Council of Canada. Michael Decter remains active as a public speaker and writer on issues of health reform.
