Rafal Ożarowski is Professor in the Chair of Security at the Faculty of Law and Administration, Eugeniusz Kwiatkowski University of Business and Administration in Gdynia. Rafal Ulatowski is Assistant Professor at the Section of Asia and Pacific Region at the Institute of International Relations, University of Warsaw.
