Christopher Mills, DN, PhD is board certified in naprapathic medicine (Neuromyology) and surgical neurophysiology. Naprapathy is a Licensed branch of medicine that uses manual and physical treatments for muscular-skeletal conditions. Dr. Mills' subspecialty is Surgical Neurophysiology and neurodiagnostics. He holds a diplomate in surgical neurophysiology. A native of southern California, Dr. Mills has lived, worked, and went to school all over the world. He holds a bachelors degree in psychology from Florida Atlantic University at Boca Raton, Florida. A masters degree from Nova Southeastern University in industrial psychology, and his Ph.D. from University College at Trinity in bio science with an emphasis in neuroscience. Dr. Mills holds his Doctor of Naprapathic Medicine degree from the National College of Naprapathic Medicine. Dr. Mills has his Diplomate from the American Surigical Neurophysiology Board. Christopher Mills, DN, utilizes manual therapy on patients that include Naprapthic Manipulation, Myofacial release, Craniosacral Therapy, Strain-Counterstrain, and Neuromuscular Therapy. He is also certified in the Graston Technique®. This incorporates a patented form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that enables doctors to effectively detect and treat scar tissue and restrictions that affect normal function. Dr. Mills is a proud member of the following organizations: American Naprapthic Association North American Spine Society American Society of Neurophysiological Monitoring Irish Institute of Clinical Measurement Science (Neurophysiology) Dr. Mills has a very eclectic range of interests out side of the clinic and operating room; such as traveling, playing his cello, golf, spending time with his friends and family, his dogs, and when time allows utilizing his private pilots license to fly small aircraft recreationally.
