Sharitta Marshall a recovered survivor of corporate PTSD who has transformed her personal experiences into a mission to support underrepresented and marginalized professionals-particularly Black employees. As a former Global ERG Leader and DEI Strategist, she witnessed how workplace barriers, from microaggressions to being undervalued, hinder career growth and professional fulfillment.
