The World of Work and Open Space had something important to teach. Behind the complicated and complex lurked incredible simplicity. It defied reason and logic. Yet the results and the intense connections and collaborations could not be dismissed. Something that felt awfully familiar kept happening again and again. Human nature, at its best, kept showing up. An everyday occurrence in the world of Open Space. How liberating it felt. To do less meant so much more. I had been warned to "Be Prepared to Be Surprised!" But never could I have guessed how Open Space would open the floodgates of my life. Leading me on a nomad journey full of freedom and adventure. First with a trailer in tow after selling house and home, then living a hybrid life in multiple places with love as the silver lining. Of course, I stayed hooked to work and always will because life and work are one and the same. It's how things should be, and not just for me. It's why I wrote this book.
